Hitachi CE16SA Review: Hitachi CE16SA 16 Gauge Shear. It cuts 18 stainless like butter. for 16 mild, really have to have a rough cut no more than about 1/3 of an inch away so the metal can curl, otherwise it jams due to the thickness. Cuts very fast!
