Black & Decker BDSA100 Review: Black & Decker BDSA100 4-Inch Belt/6-Inch Disc Sander. This bench top sander is a dead ringer for the old Delta sander which I replaced. My Delta finally gave out and I wanted another but Delta is no more. I had to do a great deal of searching until I found this sander. It is one of the best on the market, well built and solid.
