Bulova 96B013 Review: Bulova Men's 96B013 Marine Star Chronograph Watch. This is a high quality timepiece/chrono, something we came to expect from Bulova. It has a hefty, solid feel to it and it looks extremely well on medium and large wrists. The metal (case, dial, and band) are nice and rich-shiny so it could pass as a nice dress watch -- pretty much this piece is wearable in almost any situation or with any clothes.
